If you didn’t know, we still have CSA shares available of our pastured Berkshire pork. It’s sooo good, and they are very happy pigs – believe us! We’ve been watching Spain…On the Road Again, a deliciously fun series about Spanish cuisine, and saw a bit on Iberico pork. The pigs (pata negra) run around all day. You can think of our pigs as Laughlin Ridge pork, LOL!
